Dressing for kiting

Dress as if you were going to the local ski resort for the day, waterproof ski/boarding pants, jackets, goggles/sunglasses and gloves etc. Also please bring a helmet if you plan on moving with a kite. Layering is always a good idea as you'll get warmer and cool off depending on the lesson activity. During the trainer kite session, there will be some standing around so you need some extra layers for the first 2 hours of the lesson. Students usually start peeling off layers once the kiting begins. It's a good idea to bring a change of clothes for after the lesson.

Elbow and knee pads are highly recommended. Hockey or roller blade style pads work best. We strongly recommend helmets.
